We called Jose because we had a couple running toilets and a leak on the side of the house. He was very easy to communicate with and was able to come quickly. When I showed him the pipe on the side of the house that had been leaking, he immediately knew what was wrong. He was extremely courteous and mindful of COVID and his precautions when entering into our home. The problems were fixed perfectly and we haven't had a problem since. I would highly recommend him to anyone and now have his number saved into our phones! Thank you Jose!

UPDATE - a few days after I posted my 1-star review, James showed up at my door, unannounced, with a replacement for the scratched faceplate. He fixed it and apologized, which I appreciate. I mentioned the other repair that wasn't complete and he said he didn't have the part for it. End of story, no further attempt from him or me to rectify that situation.

Had them come out to give an estimate on a new water heater. We had other quotes, some over $1000 more. Hands down the best price and reliable service. After all our estimates, this was the first time I didn't feel ripped off. Would definitely go back there for all future plumbing needs.

Rockstar Plumbing are REALLY as good as everyone says they are! I was in a pinch as my kitchen faucet had finally broken all the way and was leaking uncontrollably.  I was happy to find that Rockstar Plumbing was able to send one of their plumbers, Roy, to work on it in less than 2 hours from when I called (I'm sure if it had been a more urgent situation they would have been here immediately).  Roy was very personable and very professional.  He called to let me know when he would be coming over and also when he was delayed a little, he let me know that as well.

The pricing was very reasonable and I will be using them again for my future plumbing needs!  Thanks Rockstar Plumbing, you saved my day! :)

The process was very easy. He was prompt, professional and quick. We called early in the day and was able to come the same day to fix our shower. Mandel was efficient and very pleasant to meet.

Seriously, don't look any further. Chris responded promptly to my call. He was on time, having put in a courtesy call in advance of the appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Not an easy call but the right step to save us an unnecessary exploratory expense. It was a leak in our living room ceiling we thought was coming from our upstairs bathroom. That according to another plumber who wanted to charge us $5000. Chris said, no -- and was right. Iit was a wall pipe in the ceiling. He cut out two areas of drywall. Removed the cracked pipe and replaced it.  And the rodent droppings.  He was smart, extremely efficient, and very courteous. And his cost was super fair. Best experience ever with a plumber.

They came out and answered many questions and gave some tips and tricks for some issues we were having and same day were able to come out and install a fridge line for me.

This company is very reliable our water heater broke, called them , spoke with Zorro and  immediately he diagnose what's the problem, in 2 hours his people was here and in less than 30 minutes...  we have hot water in our faucet!!!

Flood Brothers was recommended to me by our HOA and I'm so glad we called them. Our water heater supply line was leaking late Monday evening. After a wasted trip by Roto Rooter  who not only couldn't fix it but ended up turning off water to the wrong unit, we called Flood Brothers and Junior promptly answered. First - he tried to guide me through fixing it to avoid us having to pay the emergency fee - which while unsuccessful I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Then he arrived on site at 11pm at night and didn't leave until the leak was contained (almost 1am!). Since the leak required additional parts to fully fix and no supply store was open, Junior was able to MacGyver it to at least stop! No easy feat when the shutoff valve was also broken. He then returned the next day to fully fix the problem. All for a very reasonable rate. In the world of sketchy and often unreliable (at best) plumbers (especially those on call 24/7) - I highly recommend Flood Brothers.

Thomas came out to the house today to fix our clogged kitchen drain. He took the time to explain the issue and to let us know about future issues that may come up with out 1960s house. Reliable and responsive. Would recommend to family and friends.

I haven't even used these two amazing women yet and I am beyond impressed.  After five plumbers and trying to find an estimate and information I came to the right place.   She was able to look at our property, speak to someone in the know and find out if our city would be working on our street before doing the work at our house.  This is a company that cares to do the right thing.   She is an educator and educators get excellent outcomes because they empower their customers.   Why aren't more plumbers women?
